A: Original condition means the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items should show no signs of use, wear, or alteration.
Q: What is the complete 30-day return process?
A: Our return process involves the following steps:
- Submit Return Request: Initiate your return request through your account within 30 days
- Email Verification Required: Simultaneously email clear photos of the item's current condition, packaging, and tags to royce@qitreasures.com
- Initial Review: Your return request will be temporarily declined pending photo verification
- Photo Assessment: We review your photos within 24-48 hours to verify the item meets return requirements
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions and labels
- Ship Return: Send the item back using our provided shipping label
- Final Inspection: We conduct a final quality check upon receiving the item
- Refund Processing: Full refund issued within 3-5 business days after successful inspection

A: Return requests without proper photo verification will be automatically declined. You must email clear photos showing the item's condition, original packaging, and attached tags to royce@qitreasures.com for pre-approval.
