1. Wrap the paper tightly around your finger.

2. Mark where the paper meets.

3. Measuring your size with a ruler.

Method 1

Measurement of wrist diameter

. At the red line, mark the position of the two ends of the wrist on the paper

. Using a ruler, measure the distance between the two ends just marked

Method 2

Measuring wrist circumference

. Wrap the paper tightly around your wrist and mark the intersections of the paper.

. Measure the distance with a ruler
